One of the reasons Seattle is still booming is our affordable housing. A recent study by Abodo research highlights Seattle as #2 in the nation for job growth and affordable housing. San Jose is #1, but still has a tighter income to rent ratio. What does all this mean? It means property owners should have a steady flow of potential renters for years to come!
